Return & Exchange Policy

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your product(s). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you originally used.

Please Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and other promotional items are not final sale and remain subject to our regular policy.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product has been processed for shipping. If your order is cancelled within this time, you will receive a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original selling condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
  • All items must be returned with their original boxes and packaging.
  • All items from a single order must be returned in one package.
  • Returns and exchanges must be shipped from the same country the order was originally delivered to (e.g., orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US).
  • Customised items are non-returnable.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, certain jewelry, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear can only be returned if the sanitary liner is intact.
  • Please note: The cost of return shipping is not covered by us. Import and shipping fees for the return will be at your own expense.
  • Naturally, any faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition. You will be notified if your return is rejected, and you may choose to have the product shipped back to you at your own expense.

How to Make a Return

  1. Step 1: Contact Customer Service
    Please email our customer service team to initiate the process. Include the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Proof of Purchase
    • A clear video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  2. Step 2: Prepare Your Package
    Place the item(s) and the original receipt back into the original packaging.
  3. Step 3: Complete Customs Documents
    If applicable, fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Place all copies in a transparent envelope and attach it to the outside of the package. Do not seal the package yet.
  4. Step 4: Ship the Package
    Hand the package over to the courier. After they have checked the shipment, please close the package securely.

Refunds

Once your return package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak times) for processing. If your return does not meet the required conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
